IGNITE Announces Another $250K for COVID-19 Relief

It will be managed by Humber College.

Your IGNITE Student Union on Wednesday announced an additional $250,000 for student financial relief amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The money is headed to Support our Students (SOS) Bursary Fund run by Humber College Advancement and Alumni. You can read more about it here and apply via MyHumber.

This is a big step towards helping more students, as many are still in need of support, particularly many international students.

We are only a few days away from a new Board of Directors at IGNITE, with training for our role and our first meeting happening at the end of next week.

I am excited to get to work on your behalf with Real Action. Stay tuned here for updates on what platform items I am working on!
